Barge
In Barge headquarter are located the main R&D offices of ITT Friction Technologies:
- a theoretical and hands-on experience research division, conveniently supported by innovative labs tools and machineries
- a prototype lab, which works as a complete miniature production plant
- dynamometric platforms to simulate with high precision speed, inertia and the weight of the vehicles in running order while taking in consideration the surface texture of the asphalt and noise factors

- a testing facility where vehicles equipped with all types of necessary recording devices (computers, sensors, electric valves) to test friction materials directly on the road or closed course.
- On September 29th 2008 it has been inaugurated a new area, which covers two times the available space and the available resources for R&D |
